Coach Training and Leadership

Mentoring in the Workplace
Informal mentoring relationships may develop in the work setting when a more seasoned employee takes a new employee ‘under their wing.’ Formal mentoring programmes allow organizations to create and nurture those relationships by matching more experienced employees (mentors) with less experienced employees (mentees) to meet specific organizational objectives.
Empower World offers a Mentoring in the Workplace programme that is geared towards developing mentoring skills among the workforce, and creating a mentoring culture within the organization.
