Who Is This For?

This is for coaches seeking 10 hours of mentor coaching required for your ICF credential pathway or ACC or PCC renewal. The 10 hours of mentoring with ICF MCC (Master Certified Coach) mentors include:

  • 7 hours of live group mentoring, and
  • 3 hours of one-to-one, live mentoring based on two separate coaching recordings.

This is for coaches who want to:

  • Strengthen coaching skills against ICF competencies
  • Receive direct feedback on real coaching recordings based on the ICF Core Competency Markers
  • Prepare with more confidence for ACC, PCC, or renewal requirements
  • Learn from MCC mentors in a practical, supportive online format

  • Renewing ACC or PCC credential

By the end of the programme, you will receive:

  • 10 hours of ICF mentor coaching made up as follows
    • 7 hours of online group mentoring
    • 3 hours of one-to-one online mentor coaching based on 2 x recorded coaching sessions
  • Detailed verbal and written feedback on the 2 recordings based on the ICF Core Competencies and markers, and ICF BARS
  • Practice opportunities with peers
  • Access to MCC-level coaching examples
  • Guidance on your credential pathway
  • Experiential activities and journaling work to deepen your learning
  • Understanding the requirements for the ICF certification application and the Coach Knowledge Evaluation (CKE)

 How The Programme Works

Step 1: Live group coach mentoring
Across two live online sessions, you’ll explore the ICF coaching competencies through practice, feedback reflection, and discussion.

Step 2: Submit your coaching recordings
You’ll share 2 recordings of real coaching conversations for feedback.

Step 3: Receive one-to-one mentor coaching
You’ll meet individually with your mentor coaches for detailed verbal and written feedback in relation to the specific core competencies to strengthen your coaching.

Step 4: Apply what you learn
You’ll have time between sessions to practise, reflect, and improve before your Final Performance Evaluation (FPE).

The remaining 3 hours of coach mentoring consists of 2 x one-to-one 90 minute sessions based on 2 x your coaching recordings to be scheduled on a mutually agreed time by the mentor and the mentee.

Eligibility

You have completed 60 hours of an ICF-approved coach training programme.

You are working with clients and has completed a minimum of 6 hours of coaching.
