If you said YES, then Empower World’s online coach mentoring programme is for you where you can begin your pathway to becoming an International Certified Coach (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

Programme Overview

The mentoring is geared to support you to develop your coaching skills based on the 11 core competencies of the ICF, build on your strengths as a coach, increase your coaching confidence as well as support you to find your own unique style of coaching.

This 10-hour programme prepares you for the coach knowledge assessment (CKA) to gain your ACC level qualification with the ICF, as well as create a successful recording to submit to the ICF for review and feedback.

And we are pleased to report we've had a 100 per cent pass rate for everyone who has attended our programme.


And as a special bonus, you will also get access to recordings of an ICF Master Certified Coach coaching participants, so you can learn the habits of coaching from a highly qualified and successful coach.


To join the Empower World coach mentoring programme, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Completion of a minimum 60 hours ICF-approved Coach Training Programme from either Empower World or another ICF-approved company.
  • Be working with a minimum of three  clients who are not a coach.

Your mentor coaches throughout the programme are Empower World co-founders and ICF mentor coaches Jeanine Bailey PCC and Marie Quigley MCC.

What You Will Experience

  • 10 Hours of mentoring meeting the ICF accreditation requirements under the ACSTH route with two experienced coaches and coach mentors with thousands of hours experience behind them. And a 100% pass rate for coaches who have sat the Coach Knowledge Assessment.
  • Supervision and feedback from Master Certified Coaches on your areas of strength and development
  • Peer-to-peer live coaching experience
  • Triad coaching with you peers in between mentoring sessions
  • Experiential activities and journaling work to deepen your learning and get the competencies ‘in your bones’
  • Ongoing support from mentors and participants and other coaches who have already been through the programme to continue to expand your
    coaching awareness
  • Powerful exercises to solidify and expand skills
    Understanding the requirements for ICF certification application
  • Understanding of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) expectations
  • Seven hours of group mentoring online (maximum 10 participants in the group)
  • 3 hours one to one mentoring on two of your recorded coaching sessions
  • You will also get access to recordings of an ICF Master Certified Coach coaching participants so you can learn the habits of coaching from a highly qualified and successful coach

The remaining three hours of the 10-hour programme are one-to-one mentoring; utilising participant's recorded coaching session. Specific and tailored feedback is provided to the participant to support the strengthening of their skills. These two sessions timings are to be scheduled and agreed between parties.

January Intake: January 23, February 6 and 20 , March 6 and 20, 2019. Early Bird ends 9 January, 2019.

May Intake: May 1, 15 and 29 - June 12 and 19, 2019. Early Bird ends 17 April, 2019.

8pm – 9.30pm for first 4 sessions
8pm – 9pm for 5th session (Doha time)


6pm - 7.30pm for first 4 sessions 6pm - 7pm for 5th session (UK time)

Last 3 hours to be scheduled and agreed.
