Become an ICF Accredited Certified Coach

This training meets the Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) required by the ICF to for participants to apply for Certified Coach (ACC) status.

The ICF requires participants to complete the following for accreditation purposes.

The process takes on average 12 months to complete.

Attend a minimum of 60 hours of coach specific training. Empower World's coach training programme is 87 hours.
A minimum of 100 hours coaching client experience. Empower World participants do 18 hours of triad work to get started.
A minimum 10 hours of working with an ICF accredited mentor coach. Empower World offers a specific 10-hour mentoring programme.
Completion of a multiple choice coach knowledge assessment via the ICF.
Empower World sets you up for success to pass the assessment. We've had 100 per cent pass rate with all coaches who have gone through the training and mentoring programme with Empower World.
