 How the programme works

Step 1: Live group mentor coaching
Across two live online sessions, you’ll explore the ICF coaching competencies through practice, reflection, and discussion.

Step 2: Submit your coaching recordings
You’ll share recordings of real coaching conversations for review.

Step 3: Receive one-to-one mentor coaching
You’ll meet individually with your mentor coaches for detailed verbal and written feedback to strengthen your coaching.

Step 4: Apply what you learn
You’ll have time between sessions to practise, reflect, and improve before your final review.

Is this fully live online?

Yes, all sessions are conducted live via Zoom with real-time interaction, breakout rooms, mentoring and feedback.
