With over 15 years of cross-sector expertise spanning NGOs, education, energy, transport, government, and healthcare, she has worked across the U.S., Middle East, and Africa, helping leaders and organizations unlock their potential.

Katie is a life, executive, and team coach who is deeply engaged in the coaching community, having served as Director of Ethics for the ICF Doha Chapter. In addition, she is a seasoned learning and development consultant, and has designed and delivered leadership programs for multinationals like GE Digital Energy, Al Jazeera Network, and Qatar Energy, as well as government entities including Qatar’s Ministry of Health, Ministry of Transport and Communications, Ministry of Education, and Oman Electricity Transmission Company.

Michelle Arscott is an ACC level ICF accredited coach and ILM certified workplace coach. She is also an accredited kids’ life coach, a mindfulness teacher, and a Modern Health mental health coach.

Michelle has been coaching internationally for over 10 years and sees a variety of clients from many backgrounds for different reasons. She also specialises in wellness and health and was awarded the 2020 Gold Stevie award ‘Coach of the Year in Wellness and Health.’ Michelle writes for magazines on this topic and has appeared on TV and radio discussing the important topic of mental healthiness, drawing upon her educational background in Psychology.

Michelle coaches clients on topics such as stress and anxiety, life balance and confidence and communication. She uses a multi-sensory approach when coaching and gets her clients to step out of their head and into their heart space and emotions. She uses a variety of coaching techniques including visualisations and metaphors. Michelle’s coaching style is very warm, and she is quick to build rapport with her coachees. Aleksandra Lazarevska is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach. She works with leaders and professionals across the airline, healthcare, financial, engineering, business, and other sectors. As an Executive Coach, she brings more than two decades of corporate experience to her coaching practice, where she empowers individuals to transform their personal and professional lives.

Aleksandra's passion for coaching stems from a deep desire to support individuals in becoming their best selves through intentional, intuitive and integrative coaching. Yasmeen has over 15 years working experience in Leadership training, innovation, entrepreneurship and finance in the MiddleEast, UK and Australia. She has held inhouse leadership roles responsible for creating high impact programs to support the development of young innovators as well as providing coaching and mentoring to clients supporting them to reach their full potential on both a personal and professional front.

She is passionate about supporting her clients to create a greater awareness on their values, goals and vision and works with them to create action plans that bring them success and fulfilment.
